Orders & Processing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours
Working days are Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after dispatch
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines typically range between 2–7 working days depending on your pincode
Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp or email after dispatch
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier-related issues
Customers must provide accurate address and contact information
Do not accept parcels that appear tampered or damaged at the time of delivery
Aira Design Studio will not be responsible for parcels accepted in damaged condition
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items
An unboxing video is required for damaged or incorrect product claims
Sale, customised, or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If unavailable, store credit may be issued
Reverse pickup is available for eligible exchanges within India
For locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must ship items back at their own cost and risk
